Hacking Different versions of SaveDataFiler.cia

I have found different versions of SaveDataFiler.cia on the net:

490.432 Bytes, md5: b7ea4df76518f5ebca439f0fa29b5b52
498.624 Bytes, md5: b91ce80045668fade59275c8cf681ce2

Unfortunately I found no information which version is the newer / better / improved on.
(info on this seems to be pretty scarce)

Is there any (functional) difference in any of those versions?
Is any version preferable over the other, or is there even a malicious one known?

Just try them out. I have at least 3 different versions in different formats from many locations.
