Hacking Different Softmii Cursor?

Is there any way to change the cursor when you install softmii? You know the one with black and green gradient.

Cant just change the cursor with out modifying the file me thinks.

Change it back or to something different? Right now I wouldn't suggest changing it to something different since the tools are complicated. However changing it back is rather easy but includes going back to the old bland white Nintendo system menu.
