Yes, as soon as I didn't I had an incident where I opened the door and fell out (the car was driving too), no serious injuries though.

Never. I was kid In the back of the truck openly in the wind. It was in 1980's. Best I ever had. in 2000's really suck and you were not allowed to. Its against the law right now. Too strict. I hate 2000's and beyond! Sad!
