Hacking Did the update for a free nes title then everything broke

Alright Today i did the update that allowed for a free NES title if you bought the internet channel at first everything seemed alright my homebrew channel was still there and everything but when i boot up wad manager after i choose what ios i want to use to install i wad it just hangs there (Waninkoko's wad manager 1.5) and when i start up configurable usb loader it just hangs at the screen with a switch on it (Fat 48 version i think) but when i use a back up disk in the disk channel it'll boot up and work (using cioscorp 3.5) so yeah any help would be apreciated.

If you updated via Nintendo, then cIOS (IOS249) got turned into a stub. Delete this IOS, and re-run the cIOS installer.

hi guys my first post here so please be gentle.......i too updated the shop channel like a twat for the free title and no my hbc wont load at all and also i cant run bootmii either so i cant restore my nand???
i can still play games via disk channel as i have a modchip but cant run the nsmb game even tho i could b4 i did the update(i guees thats because i ran dop ios and did ios53 and 70)
i cant even reinstall the hbc via hackmii now....
any ideas please
and yes i have searched before asking but this thread is all i could find
