I noticed that too. Actually, the favicon is the same as it's always been, that's a different icon that only gets used on mobile.
Odd. It was like the desktop icon in my phone before....

Did anyone else ever notice that the GBA racoon has DS/SNES buttons?
Looks more... Windows 7-y. In the era of Windows 10-esque minimal colors, it looks odd.
Yeah, it reminds me of how a bunch of ios 6 apps had that sort of glossy thing.
Actually, flat design is Windows 8. The industry is slowly moving back to matte, which is flat, but with graidents and such.
I'm wondering why I have two different favicons for the same site. The one on the left is the homepage, and the one with "B" is the page to make a new blog entry. Yet they look vastly different. I enlarged them so you can see them better at 2x magnification:
Very odd. I've never seen that happen before, but it could be because I never paid attention to it.
