Tried using it. Now my Switch does not boot OFW or CFW. Even if I boot OFW bypassing Hekate. I am stuck on the "Nintendo Switch" logo (second one). I went ahead and rebuilt the whole emmc with a donor NAND and still it's the same issue. I've seen a couple other comments on YouTube about the same thing after using Linkalho. Is my Switch bricked forever?

Had it turned on all night but still stuck

All Atmosphere files are updated. Tried multiple sd cards, no luck. Any help appreciated.

You used a donor NAND? That'll brick your switch.

The reason we backup our NAND before we do anything is exclusively to avoid this issue

But the issue was happening before and now, after too. I used Sthetix's Level 3 guide as nothing else would work. I still have my PRODINFO and PROD.KEYS so maybe I can still get a copy of the original NAND. But I first have to fix this issue.

'Faid so. Without a backup of your Switch's OFW/eMMC, you can't restore to a known Good setup. And a donor eMMC may have been encrypted with a console unique key, meaning that when your console tries to decrypt that donor file, it uses the wrong key, gets garbage data, and blindly writes it to your eMMC.

Yes. Always backup your nand the first time you attempt to mod it. Because if you brick your Switch, only your own backup will restore it. After all, you are messing around on a system in ways that the manufacturer does not allow, in areas that if you mess up on, it corrupts the system. 30 GBs is a fair price to having to buy a whole new device simply because you voided your warranty. And they will know if you try.
