He is referring to the power memes without a doubt (zone shot, trick shot etc) and I can see where he is coming from. The games really don't need all that shit to be good.
I like those, they add an extra layer of strategy and skill between meter management and block timing. That said, the game has a mode without them if the two seconds of animation really bother you.

Edit: and as another counter-point, zone/trick shots help end the game faster. Without them I could see volleys going on literally for hours if both players are decent.

I played hours of the game with my friend and I. The demo was very fun and the game seems to have great potential but there were two problems that I had with it. First off, the tutorial wasn't very good at explaining all the mechanics which made me loose a bunch at first until I figured out all the mechanics. Then the next and biggest problem was the wifi problem. Most of the people I played with had one or two bars leading to extreme input lag which is very bad for a game that relies on how fast you can react to the ball being hit. This lead to me always loosing and made the game very unfun when playing with these people with two or one bars.

I really enjoyed the demo and got addicted to it to the extent that I got like 50k points, so I'm definitely going to buy the game. That being said, the occasional input lag was seriously annoying. I hope it will be fixed in the full version.

It's my favorite Mario Tennis game since the N64 version, which is saying a lot. Can't wait to see all the courts and play online obsessively, definitely gonna pre-order for $48. A new Mario Strikers game on Switch would also be an instant purchase.

That!!! I was big fan of Mario Tennis since I played on N64. Of course, Amazon offers preorder for $48.

Long time ago, Amazon used to offer Prime saving for games that released after 2 weeks but not anymore.

Yes, I played the demo. But I'm not sure if I'll buy the full game or not. I liked the fact that they tried to make a game which is also interesting for competitive play and long-term players. However, I had the feeling that it's very exhausting to play the game several hours. You have to react very fast and constantly pressing the A button. After a couple of hours, my fingers started to hurt. That's why I'm not sure if I'll buy the game when it's released or not.

If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
  • JuanMena @ JuanMena:
    Just kiss me Kyle.
  • x65943 @ x65943:
You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive

"Just kiss me Kyle." And I thought all the godreborn gay stuff was a smear campaign
