ROM Hack Diablo 3 eternal collection, howto Play seasonal offline?!

hey guys i have a simple request/question
is it possible to play diablo eternal on switch (offline) with seasonal character/items?
if so, how?

Im using xecuter sx os and have never been connected to the Nintendo Services.
My Switch is only able to communicate to 2 IP Adresses so i will be able to establish my WiFi Connection

So how should i Go about Creating a seasonal Character?!
Is there a IP adress to Whitelist for my Switch to Connect to Battle net but No Nintendo Servers?!

To my knowledge (because I've been looking for a way also) the only way is connect to nintendo and battle.net, dump the save and then restore the save on offline switch.

Would it also be possible to Copy a save File from another Switch?
e.g. someone uploading His season Characters at lvl1 so i can Play offline Couch Coop season Characters?!
