Hacking DG Fieldrunner: Old to New 3ds Method to choose?

So I did a old to old 3ds and worked perfect. But what about old to new 3ds? Which method is the equivalent:

- PC Based Transfer
- Wireless Transfer
- Low Capacity Transfer

Just don't want to mess this up as I wouldn't be able to go from New to Old if I pick the wrong one. So want to hear what others choose that were successful.

I always choose wireless, it takes only a bit longer if you have few files on your O3DS SD card and the DSIware game is always transferred successfully for me.

Just make nand backups beforehand and a backup of your Nintendo 3ds folder, delete the Nintendo 3ds folder afterwards and use the wireless transfer.
After that restore the nand.bin on the source and the Nintendo 3ds folder
