Its too easy to change your profile picture, maybe Nintendo left this part insecure so it would be easier to spot a hacker from their end and ban them. Nintendo can easily fix this instead of banning users, you might as well call this entrapment. What secure piece of software sends pictures from a console to all other consoles anyway?

I dunno about other shithole countries, but in America, there's nothing legally binding about ESRB ratings, it's all voluntary compliance due to fear of congress inserting their idiotic asses in to the industry.

I mean, that, by all rights, is increasing the amount of upload/download/bandwidth usage unnecessarily.

Imo they should just allow us to upload our own images, I hate the default ones. Xbox did this a year or so ago, they allowed you to upload any picture as your gamerpic, but once people started posting "Sexual" images they started warning and banning people from using custom images , 3 strikes and you were out of luck.

It's not his fault, it is the person that had sold the device online or gave it away is responsible because of a contract agreement with Nintendo to not put the device up for resale.

Not really, Nintendo can't get to him or do anything to him since that EDEV Switch was not his to begin with, he bought it off ebay and he never went online with it, so your threats are basically a bit childish to be on here.
