I live near a few family members and what I wanted to do is have something most likely something outside unless inside device could do this, like a repeater to boost the wifi signal from my house or all wifi signal so they can connect to the network. What and where could I buy said device?

Get two wireless repeaters, put one in a window that faces their house, then put the other one in their house in a window that faces the first one as well as possible?

Would I just be able to install the outdoor repeater on their house and pick up my signal? They can see my wireless connection they just cant connect to it.

Worth it to make your own, not worth it to buy the piece of shit they sell online.

depends on what the distance between the 2 houses are

    Thanks for the suggestions everyone

Would this work if I plugged it into their house and picked up my wireless network? The houses are fairly close to each other about 2 and a half house lengths apart.

Basically I want something that either bounces all the wireless networks so that the range is a lot bigger or it can be programmed for one wireless network to do it.

couple of ways you could do it but distance between the houses are the biggest factor, if the houses are next to each other you could hook up another router and connect it through a powerline socket to increase the wifi signal, or buy a wireless repeater which can be quite expensive. Just inacase you dont know powerline or homeplug creates a network through your electricity, I currently use that setup to stream programs to my tv and watched streamed content online through my BD player.
