Sequels to Treasure games usually end up to be disappointing (I did like Gunstar Advance Herose) but unlike the others this one looks to top the original in so many ways.
Will play the crap out of the Japanese version when its out on the 29th.
Well the first game has 3 stages and could be finished in around 2 hours.. so it's not hard to make it twice as long!
But don't get me wrong, I bought it on the Virtual Console and don't regret.. it's a fantastic game and the Wii control scheme fits perfectly with the gameplay.
Hopefully there are Ruffian transformations. I loved those parts of the game.
But yeah, I plan on playing this a crapload when it comes out. Though, I'm not much for the flying. I personally think the "runnin' and gunnin'" aspect is a bit better, but I'll save my opinion for when I play it.
Meh, considering you could beat the first game in like 3 hours, it's not a huge improvement.
Still, this game gets me hard. The original was so overly cheesy, weaboo, and had some of the most weaboo-pleasing soundtrack and voice overs I've ever heard... But it was so damn fun.
i gotta play the first one more i guess cuz i feel it was not "intelligent"...
