It all started couple of weeks ago, I had my wii on version 4.1 & while attempting to play Red Steel 2 it suddenly went black.Because I had installed Boot mii, I tried restoring it with nand back up which didn't work (I was able to install it but then I would black screen again after health warning).So I asked for help on here & couple of other forums but didn't get much help.I found a tutorial on Youtube regarding restoring wii from brick which I tried & was able to restore it version 3.2 but there was a problem that it would freeze from time to time.So I tried all sorts pimp my wii, DOP mii etc but nothing worked & as soon as I would update my system menu it would give me black scree.So I deleted everything through any title delete & send it to Nintendo who charged me 28£ & have resent it.
Now here is the real problem, they have updated it to version 4.2.Now I have managed to install HBC & DVDX but it did install Boot mii as IOS.Now when I treid installing wad manager through HBC, it gets to the point of installing on IOS 249 & press A option but at this point my wii remote will stop working.I have tried many times with different remotes but same result.Now I had usb loader as HBC app, so I tried it from there but got black screen.
So now I am stuck as I have HBC but can't install any thing.
Is there anyway for me to install wad manager & all other stuff like usb loader?
if no, then I have my previous nand saved,can I install it & how if boot mii has been installed as IOS?
Can it brick my wii that is restoring a 4.1 nand back up on 4.2 menu?
