Hello all, I just tried to turn my desktop PC on and it booted up fine but only makes it to a blank light greenish/blueish screen. I can move the mouse but the keyboard doesn't allow any commands. I tried rebooting and with no luck and tried again, which booted into a disc check. It scanned the HDD, deleted some index files and recovered/repaired some items but sadly still booted into the same screen after it was all said and done. I will attach a photo of the screen and maybe someone can assist me.

BTW running Windows 7.

Can you do a startup repair with your installation disk?

Was a downloaded version and installed it through USB I believe so it's been long gone sadly. I finally made it to the desktop but it's running really really slow and freezing. Could it be the HDD? I'm buying a external hard drive to back everything up just in case.
