Demographics pool #1: age

I have been here a while, and a much longer while on the lurker side (I believe I even have downloaded ROMs from here back in the day). I get the notion though that gbatemp is getting towards younger and younger audience as the time passes - or might be just me that is getting older and the same influx of younger people is getting in and just seems bigger to me.

There are other things that catch my attention. For instance, I believe that US users are not a majority, although many discussions are US driven, even if subconsciously (as an example, when talking about copyright or patent law).

So out of curiosity of who are in fact the tempers, I decided to start some demographic pools. Don't post to tell you age, just vote and use the discussion for any thoughts you might have on it. The point is to understand the demographics - not getting people to share their personal details.

Going off a country basis I'd say the US has the majority of users on here. Going off continents it would no doubt be europe, and I'd say there's more Europeans on here than US peeps. Anyways I look forward to the results, I have a feeling most tempers are in their fourties or younger with a quick guess.

Your poll is a little skewed with the way you set up the age ranges. 10% are 17-18 (2 years covered) and 10% are 30-35 (6 years covered). These do not equate. It's not a big deal, you just cant glance at it and get an accurate representation.

Most likely people are just messing around. I would exclude most things above 50, since a majority of users selecting those options have chosen them for comedic value.
