    some STAR COINS re-placed
added alot of hints to find some STAR COINS
course 3-C completly removed and replaced through another course
course 5-B completly removed and replaced through another course
    changed backgrounds of some courses
    Rewards Section expanded!
and much more to count... :)

On TOP OF THAT, I've added the REWARDS into the game!
Remember the Password Section of NSMB3!!

The Reward is a COMPLETE new Hack!

It's not really SMB3 anymore, is it? You might want to change the name.

The full release is not playable without NSMB3!!

I could include it already, but I think it's better to release a stand alone demo...

The real full version is an additional patch which can be get with the passcodes in NSMB3

Which means it's basically a new NSMB hack you get by finishing NSMB3...

You can keep the NSMB3 name, but the new patch you unlock at the end won't be NSMB3 if there aren't any SMB3 levels. I think you should rename the patch and keep the name for the original hack, but that's just my two cents.

I think you should release this as a complete different hack, not related at all with NSMB3.

I played a lot of times NSMB3, but having to play it again just to be able to play your new hack sounds like a pain in the ass

That's the reason why I have published it as a stand alone patch :)
I'm not sure If I even complete this patch, depends on feedback!

Now it's just making a new name for this hack ;)

I just created a few names in the last few minutes:

    New Classic Mario Bros
New Super Mario Bros - The Lost Levels
    Super Mario Bros Deluxe DS
New Super Mario Bros - Classic Edition.
    ...

    Good ideas.

New Super Mario Bros. Origins seems the best title possible in my opinion

Just make sure to ask the mods to change the topic name when you decide the best name for the hack ;)

I didn't remember of that, but ok.
I think SKJmin already have the perfect title fo this.

I'd say go with "New Super Mario Bros. Origins". Has a nice ring to it.

Played first world, second excluding the castle and just got to the third through the cannon of the first world.
The game is surprisingly easy so far.
The star-coins are a lot easier to find, sometimes they're even obvious,
but the game is very fun and addctive.

It's nice that this hack is harder than the original,
and easier than the NSMB3 hack.
Keep up the good work @SKJmin.

PS: Do you mind if I add you as a friend?

    LOL, what a question :)
    Of course, WHY not?

    To the game...
Yes it's correct, I really made it MUCH easier, because a lot of Let's Players were ehm.... offensive :)
The Star Coins were places to "fair" places!
But some SCERET EXITS are still sick to find^^

And I think EVERY hack is easier than the original one...
    (i.e. I lost only <5 lives in NSMB2 [3DS])

But ok maybe I'm to skilled in NSMB xD

    Nice, just added you :)

Have you played the dlc "impossible" pack of NSMB2?
    This is something really challenging.
I bet you would like that.
