ok a little while ago i made a post on my dieing hard drive saying a smart error has occurred your drive is going to fail n the near future. the drive never died but my warranty is going to run up on my laptop soon so i thought i would send it in for repair, it also had other issues such as the hinges were cracked and it caused the cas to come open, i have had this problem with the laptop sense i got it, it got repaired once but they didn't fix and this time they taped it shut. thats what is holding my laptop together tape. nice repair dell. then the hard drive they sent me the same, i i know cause i wrote does the serial number to it before i sent it in and i also put red marks on it. so i got the same drive back but now its dead, i put it the laptop and it says no hard disk so i turned into an external and plug it in to my pc and it says its dead. so they didn't fix the hard drive. they also forgot the screws and case for the HD so it sets lose in the laptop. they also put marks and scratches all of the laptop. I called dell and they put me on hold for a hour so i hung up. what do you guys think i should do. i am pretty pissed off about it. I almost forgot to tell sense they taped it shut the case is lose on the side were the power button is so you have to push really hard to get it to turn on.
