I was thinking about herb butter today, and that got me thinking, if there's herb butter, why isn't there a meat butter? Infusing butter with herbs is fine and all, but imagine infusing it with roast beef?
I have used this seasoning on all kinds of stuff, when combined with garlic it's great for garlic bread. In spaghetti sauce with some other seasonings it's great, on a turkey with butter and basil... Awesome. So flexible and delicious. Oh if you let it soak in some olive oil it's good for dipping bread.
