Hacking Default Looking for 4.5 Firware CIA FIles..( I'm a Noob )

Hi, Im looking for 4.5 Firware ( US Version ) CIA files since we cant download it anymore from 3dnus ( nintendo remove all old firmware )..just wondering if someone here have the files..or where to look for..I Really Really need it...
I dunno if this is the right section to ask for CIA Files since im a noob..

May want to recheck your thread over there.
Seems the only 4.5 missing is for the US, which seems kind of odd, i'd have figured that'd be a fairly common firmware for people with O3DS' to have laying around.

Edit: Also looks like the Chinese version is missing.

Yes..been looking for the US Version..actually my main problem is when i want to downgrade my old small 3DS to 4.5. My current firmware is on 6.something..its manually update when using Pokemon X cartridge.
Whenever i downgrade using gateway..its always fatal error 0001001 on steps 7/7, so i think my only option is 4.5 CIA Firmware
