ROM Hack Decrypt CTR files on FW9.0??

I have been searching and downloading files and programs for the last 3 hours. And I just had a question.

I read somewhere that you can decrypt roms on firmwares below 9.2 with the N3DSXL and Ninjhax exploit.

I believe this is with the Decrypt9 tool? Not sure I've been reading a lot and so many different programs and old methods.

I just want to know what method would I go about decrypting one of my official carts (Terry's no wonderland 3D) do I use Decrypt9, CTRtool, or Multi CTRtool. I'm not sure if they are all the same programs just different things added to each.

I got the main Idea I think:

1.) Get ninjhax installed
2.) Put the renamed decryptor launcher.dat in root of SD
3.) Launch the home brew file
4.)decrypt rom

N3DSXL MM edition FW9.0 is what I have to work with gateway menu/ninjhax/OOT exploit

I know I probably should continued to search rather than post this but I'm tired and I know someone would be willing to clarify for me.
