WELL... I've recently cancelled an order in dealextreme. I check my balance on the card and I wasn't REFUNDED. I bought $15 in stuff. Does anyone know how I can get my money back? Btw it said the order = refunded
This is not an issue on DealExtreme's part. Its an issue on the credit card company's part. Credit card companies have a totally different department to process refunds and reverse things. Just wait a bit.
But if it goes past a week and nothing, then by all means raise hell.
If you can't wait longer than 1 day to get a refund, don't shop at DX.
I'm still waiting for a refund of an order from december last year, they promised me 3 times now it would be refunded asap.
Okay, make sure you haven't opened up a paypal dispute, if you have, close it. This seems to be one of the major issues with people not getting refunds, as apparently an opened dispute freezes transactions or something.
If not, leave a support ticket, I know it sucks and its slow, but its the best way to get your refund.
