my R4 broke on me (does not read any micro sd card any more, and the micro sd card is still good), so i ordered a N-card to replace it from dealxtreme but they have not sent me it, it has been on getting ready for shipment since june 1 should i e-mail them or how long does it take for this process to end since i cant find it on their 4 step process page.
