Hacking Dead Pixels

Well I just got my ds and I want to know if they is a dead pixel programer like they make for the psp to fix the dead pixels anyone know of one

If a pixel is stuck on the top screen lightly rubbing it (the whole screen, not just where the stuck pixel is) while running the program might help as well. I'd suggest doing that after you install a screen protector.

It's homebrew... you should just be able to drop it onto the cart, shouldn't you? Sorry, I don't know how the M3 works... I use EZF4.
