Homebrew DDR / Stepmania-style game on Wii?

Besides the 3 DDR games on Wii and DDR Mario Mix on the GameCube, is Dance Clone the only option?

Pretty much, the only console that got a fully fledged out StepMania port is the original Xbox

There are 5 DDR games on a Wii:
DDR: Hottest Party 1
DDR: Hottest Party 2
DDR: Hottest Party 3
DDR (Hottest Party 4 in Europe)
DDR II (Hottest Party 5 in Europe).

You can also try an Active Life series (Family Trainer in Europe), which aren't exactly a rhythm games but you have to energetically jump on a double-mat which is quite similar to a DDR genre.
