I'm at 80% completed. I beat Dario in the Pinnacle and the game ended...WTF?

Also...how do I get past the spikes that are under water? Its in the lower left part of the map...Subterranean Hell I think.

If you kill the sisters, its a crappy ending. Why not un-curse them? Perhaps with a complex spell that takes a long time to cast?

You're talking about Portrait of Ruin. He's asking about DoS

Ok, here's what you have to do. There's a place in the upper-left of the map that requires some Monster Souls to open (I remember a Killer Clown...), after you open it, there's an optional Boss. After you get his power, you should have no problem to understand what to do to go further in the game.

I got through that part with the souls. Killed the guy that lets you go through mirrors.

Sweet...I killed the demon that was bonded with Dario...but I still can't get past that underwater row of spikes.

there are skeletons that carry a skeleton's dragon head (don't remember where, near a save point in Subterranean Hell I think), with that soul you can pass past the spikes that are under water.

I eventually got it...took me a while!

You can also use the puppet master soul in combination with the soul of those barrel carrying skeletons. You first fly to point where you can stand. Then use puppet master soul to throw puppet and because of the barrelskeleton soul you'll thow it far enough
