Gaming Dawn of Sorrow freezes on my M3REAL and ITOUCHDS

When I get to the part where those monsters are dancing, the screen kinda shifts like a monster is coming in? then it turns black/green then it freezes

Do I have a bad rom? I've tried 2 different ones already and they both do the same

I have both an iTouch DS and an M3 Real, both freezing

Use the patch in the download section.
It's due to slow microsd cards.
