what ? they removed the codes before i get the power save ? FML
i there anyway to install old update ?
for the people how have the software, can you chose to not update ?

Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with the program update. The codes are stored on their server and are downloaded to the program whenever your card is inserted

You need the online in order to backup/restore or to use codes. There is no way around to using the program on an older version as it would refuse to work without the latest version cause again it needs online to work. Sorry but you missed out.

Wait, which codes have been removed? Has the shiny code been removed?

If so maybe I'll have to stop worrying about getting a shinified poke via trade.
Why would you have to "worry" in the first place? Did receiving a shiny Pokemon cause any damage to your game or system?

You're not answering my question.

And because a shiny legit pokemon is not worth a shiny legal (but non-legit) pokemon. I don't want a "shinified" pokemon for the same reason I have no interest in knock off merchandise.

Now your comparing gamedata to real items? This is nice lol.

Tell me how a modified shiny is different than one that is bred/caught.

I didn't come here to argue or start a flame war. I was hoping to find out before I could get back to my apartment and check for myself.
In other words you can't prove it can you. You really should not let something as shallow as a color pallet stop you from trading in a children's video game. One generated from a cheat doesn't look or function any differently than a real one. What argument do you have against cheated/modified shinies other than "it's not fair"

You mean like how avoiding the question is being mature? Go practice what you preach.

Because my preferences create any alteration with any of your actions? I do not like hacked pokemon. I do not want to trade for them. That's not your business though.

How ironic a person interested in this device is partially anticheats.

I have no issue with people using cheats for themselves, but I greatly dislike that members of certain trading communities have refused to identify which pokemon have been modified with a powersave device.

I acquired the powersave device before it had any codes for pokemon, and I did so in order to clone pokemon more efficiently, as I collected legit shiny flawless pokemon.

To be quite frank, the only reason I added that tidbit at the end is because I use this username in one of the trading communities (where I insist that I'm made aware if any pokemon offered to me hasn't been hacked with a powersave device) and I wanted to make it clear, in the off chance a member from there recognized my username here, that I wasn't asking the question out of interest in using the code.

Let's stop with this discussion. You guys are getting pretty much off-topic here.

Anyways redmoon3580, the cheats that where removed were; Diancie Wondercard, Latiosite and Latiasite. The 'Make shiny' codes are still available.

Apparently it is our business if your bringing it to the topics attention. If anyone needs to grow up and act more mature its you and understand this is a children's video game. A GAME. Having a different colored does not make a Pokemon worth more or less, it's bits of data nothing more.
