I played the PC version of this game not so long ago and usually have it kicking around on my PC somewhere- such games are always troublesome to call as the people that play them can get very specific as to what they like. The best analogy I can draw is to the likes of GTA vice city- free roaming but restricted on occasion- driven by story and general exploration.
You can trade, you can steal cargo/be a pirate, be a bounty hunter, be a smuggler or just do your own thing. Combat (arguably the most important thing for such a game) was pretty good on the PC but perhaps more than FPS games a mouse and keyboard is what such games are usually all about.
On the other hand there are precious few of these games anywhere let alone on consoles.

On the back boxart it says that it runs in full 1080p. Is that actually native? I can't think of any native 1080p Xbox 360 games.

I was thinking of getting this. Then I heard it's pretty much the PC version enhanced. Is there any extra missions and such, or are the visuals the only thing done up?
