Well, this is an interesting little read:

Well, tomorrow is April Fool's day...
He could just try to cover it up with a quick little "APRIL FOOLS! I'M NOT DEAD!"
if ha wants to quit a project, why doesn't he just put "screw this, been taking too much time and I'm no longer interested blah blah" on his site...
I'd be honest and I'd not really care about poeple calling me fuckin asshole
I didn't know Dampé was 15. How can a 15 years old handle such a project? It's common sense to think "screw that, I won't believe it until I see it".
This is too funny to me, a kid faking death while making dumb*** mistakes (unless his parents signed in to youtube) because of pressure from creating a game. I may not have tried making a game before but what happen to just quitting the old faishoned way, now this guy will get even more pressure and may even get hate mail all because he couldn't just quit the real way.
good going young developer .
that's brilliant young developer to you, sir.
If it WAS an April Fools joke, it was not funny at all, seriously..
Dea, alive, so what? Either way, OOT2D never would have seen the light of day.
he was only making it in rpgmaker, which is one of the easiest ways to make an oot2d.
just remember there are about a dozen oot2d projects, and creators, its a really annoying idea and I'll never understand why its so popular.
and this isn't an april fools joke either, his *death* was reported a week or two ago, and was confirmed a hoax about a week ago
