Hacking Damn, accidentally updated to 9.4...any way to downgrade?

I accidentally updated my system nand to 9.5 instead of my emunand while messing around with CIA......I got a backup of my system nand but the option is inside Gateway menu. I'm I missing something or I'm really screwed?
