I know you can't "unlock" the boss timer in game.

From what i've been told you need to hack it in.

My question is how? Is there a program? Maybe a save file with a boss microgame template on it?

(Side question: is there a sav. With everything unlocked? [Records, games, comics, etc.] )

Install a microgame (without edit lock) that has the boss timer, then import and edit it while creating a new microgame...

Boss timer is not something you "unlock", it doesn't even have a proper setting (if you go to the standard/double length setting screen when the unlimited length is selected, you will see some corrupted area in the background of those choices being selected, which you can't ever click on)

Save editors + microgame collection websites = profit

(and altwfc may actually have a replacement server, but I'm not sure about that or for that matter what it may have; of the above option I'm sure since I have indeed done that :D )

There are 4 of them actually, can't remember any names for sure but 2 of them were probably CrygorTool and MioTool?
No single one of them has every feature, so you may have to experiment a little...
