Why is the CycloDS still so pricey? It's $10 higher than the Supercard DSTwo which is so much better. So why is it still high when it has almost the same features as the Acekard and DSOnei?

It's pricey because Team Cyclops doesn't sell cheap.
How it works is:
Team Cyclops sells the carts.
ShopTemp buys the carts.
ShopTemp sells the carts to make a profit.
In order to make a profit, ShopTemp needs to sell the carts for a bit more than Team Cyclops does. And because Team Cyclops won't lower its prices, ShopTemp can't lower theirs.

I've always thought the higher prices was due to it being european made instead of made in some asian country.

You get what you pay for, and in this case you get a sturdy flash cart that feels like a normal DS cartridge, not some flimsy thing that feels like it can break at any second. Plus, Team Cyclops requires more income to support themselves as they are based in Europe, where the standard of living is higher than most Asian countries.
Last, the CycloDS still comes with a decent MicroSD/USB adapter, whereas the cheaper flash carts stopped including those.
