Beta Update, But Still Major

Team Cyclops has released a new beta update for the Slot-1 DS flashcart, the CylcoDS Evolution.
Though a beta update, it's still pretty major. Make sure you report any bugs you may find in this version (see source below).
You'll see the various changes in the changelog below.

* Added GBA autopatching
* GBA screen selection is taken from system settings
* Added support for the GBA frame bitmap
* Both NOR and PSRAM mode supported for GBA roms via EZ3in1
* GBA saves compatible with GBAExpLoader
* Improved homebrew soft reset compatibility (nesDS, lameboy, SNEmulDS)
* Restored compatibility with RTS files made with v1.3x
* Game compatibility fix (2343)
* 16-bit bitmaps now supported (skins + GBA frame)
* New look for default CycloDS skin
* Miscellaneous other improvements

Man i still regret getting the R4 though it's not bad but this is now very good compared to the R4... I specifically remember being if i want cyclo or not and i said no... sigh
by the way anyone care to explain what these mean

I haven't used it yet, but from my understanding:

I've been playing GBA roms on my Cyclo for a few weeks now, and prior to this, many games require a separate patching to be able to save games properly (or load at all in some cases... River City Ransom DX, i'm looking your way.) Now that is not needed. (again, i haven't used it yet, so thats my assumption on this).

As for the screen, when you play a GBA game it only uses one of the Dual Screens. You set that up in your DS settings as to which screen is used. Now, loading a rom will display it on whichever screen you have set in the DS as opposed to just a default screen.

I'm glad that you have this posted on the scene news to get the word out... but doesn't Team Cyclops not want news about BETA releases posted on sites other than their official website?

..now all we need is a better cheat system and in game guide..

Out of curiosity, i've heard a few people requesting a better cheat system. Whats wrong with it? (i use it, and it seems decent enough, just wondering what could be better

other carts support bigger codes
