Hacking CwCheat stopped working

So I got sick and tired of grinding stuff in Final Fantasy 4 so I got Cwcheat, turned on 100% drop rate, and that eventually started annoying me because of the 48 item limit, so I turned it off and it didnt stop so I reset. Then I decided to try some of the Prayer Modifier cheats for rare item drops, now theres no guide for this I could find but I assume it had to do with Rosa using Prayer so I did that and I didnt notice anything so I turned that off too, but now none of the cheats work anymore. I was wondering if anyone here knew how to fix this, I already reset my PSP, and disabled and reanabled CWcheat but it still doesnt work.

Only other idea I have is to delete Cwcheat off my psp and then put it back.

Okay, youre all going to think I'm retarded, but I just forgot to reenable cheats. Remember kids, if youre ever having a problem, go sit on the toilet and think about it while pooping, you'll find answers more often than not.

Still dont know what Prayer Modifier is supposed to do however.
