ROM Hack Custom SMDH banner fine but icon all black no info

I changed the icon but it shows all black icon when rebuildation of the cia is done
Used online editor black and baGUInerTool black
also info like name and author vanished

I got this issue some weeks ago.
I use a custom build of a batch compiler, test it

Put icon1.png (size 24x24) in the same folder as APPDATA.txt.
Put icon2.png (size 48x48) in the same folder as APPDATA.txt.
Edit AppData.txt to what you want.
Install Python 2.7 and Python Pillow
Start Build.bat.

an icon.bin will be generated

The icon.bin had Zelda game icon instead of my game icon from icon1 and icon2 .png

Well I decided to replace the zelda icon to mine with EFE and after rebuilding it works! Thanks @Asia81
