i would give you less than the cost of a new, unmodded wii. adding stuff like this actually makes the value go down, not up. if you buy a car and put on $4000 in rims, and $2000 in a body kit and a bigass stupid spoiler on the back of it, and $5000 for a stage 17 turbo kit with 5 intercoolers, you have still made the value of your car go down, not up. it is like this for most things in the world, and thats just the way it works.

at least this is how it work for products where part of the value comes from the name of the manufacturer. new and unmolested original equipment is more valuable than something thats been hacked on by joe schmoe.

I wouldn't buy it. I like the modding and tweaking part, so buying a custom one actually lessens the value. And obviously, the wii won't come with guarantee (the modding breaks that), so it certainly won't be full value to me.

Of course, this is just my opinion. Peeps who just want to play illegal games on a fancy-looking console will have a very different view. [IMG]

I believe those go for the fair price of $500.

And if it came with a giant flash drive internally connected, that would be EPIC.

Lol that would be so easy..

I don't think it would go for 500.. maybe 250 though. (like the screen/hdd cost at least 100 or so)

Hard to say. I've been thinking of buying a wii for my girlfriend's birthday, but even though she likes to be different, I don't think...

I'd consider it for 180 euros (including shipment costs). This probably isn't even the cost of the thing, but that guarantee thing actually matters to me (even though it's the first thing I'll break after testing if the thing works).

Does a portable wii seriously exist? (I think the google image results are just photoshop experiments).
