Custom plates on your car?

OK, I know, it is not as cool as it should be, I'm 26 and I have a custom plate, but I alwas wanted one, just like on the old NFS4 on my PSX (hell yeah!).

So, I was wondering, do you have one?, what's on it?

Dayum son, which state is that? And how much does it cost to get a custom plate? And can I keep my plate if I change the car?
