Yes, but you will either need a pandora battery + MMS or use hellcat's recovery flasher.

Older firmwares are complicated to hack and doesn't have updates/new features anymore, so I suggest just go with 6.20 PRO-B5, as it is updated regularly with more features and it is very easy to hack. The only downside would be the lack of POPs Loader and Fusa support.

yes, and if you install prometheus on top of m33 you can play newer game without the need of patching them.

As I said, Light Custom Firmwares (6.20 PRO/6.35 PRO and TN-HEN) are much easier to install than the older CFWs. Yes it will play ISOs and CSOs. In fact, the newer LCFWs have autopatching for games, so you won't need extra plugins/addons to make newer games work.

Just update to OFW 6.20 and run the 6.20 PRO-B5 installer. Installing the permanent patch is optional.

download 6.20 OFW and extract it (it should be EBOOT.PBP)
put the EBOOT.PBP into ms0:\PSP\GAMES\UPDATE (if you don't have the folders, make them)
go to the memory stick under games on the XMB and boot up the updater
follow the onscreen instructions and you should have 6.20 OFW in the end
go to system > system settings > system info to confirm
