Homebrew Cubic ninja ninjhax with sky 3ds force close game?

Hello,

I am trying to get the homebrew running with ninjhax, i have cubic ninja on my sky 3DS and when i scan the QR code i get a black screen and it will close the game with an error has occurred. it will restart my 3ds and thats it.

I am running 10.3.0.28 E

I tried it both on my new 3ds and old 3ds but same problem with both.

I am connected to the internet
I have deleted the save game

I have no clue anymore, any help is appreciated!

There was an update to the payloads today to fix a bug, but this made the CN 10.3 QR code not really work anymore. We can try, over and over, but it'll just crash back to home menu and restart the 3DS.
