CSI

I just saw an advert for CSI boxsets but I've never watched it. Some of my friends have told me that one version is better than the others.

What are your opinions?

las vegas ftw, the miami is to orangy(i mean the colours of video production) and ny its to dark(again, the video production), co las vegas has the best production and the best stories to, IMO

A while ago I was all about Miami, it was fresh, hip, and so on, but I soon realized each and every episode was the same thing. Then I transitioned over to regular CSI and I love it, the characters, the situations, the locale, all of it. As for New York, I've never been fond of it. There's jsut something off about CSI:NY. So I'm going to go with regular CSI.

My wife watches them all and while I'm not a huge fan of the shows the regular CSI seems better to me.

Please, please, please don't waste your money on CSI:NY. I'm a big CSI fan and I couldn't slog my way through the first season of NY.

Miami is okay, but it's more about the drama than the crimes. Go with the original, and still the best.

I have missed most of the later series and watched the first few on DVD.

Law and Order (do not make me pick) has crime in New York sown up for me and The Shield does everything else for me.

Anyhow NCIS> all three (not the same sure but meh).
