Homebrew Create Spotpass Messages for visitors?

Hey Guys,

I'm working on a little project, setup some stuff and a Raspberry Pi.
Normally I've ~30 Streepasses per day cuz there are a lot of people visiting this place where I live.

Is there a way to create and send Spotpass Messages with the Raspberry Pi or a modified 3DS?

that would be awesome!!!! I would send fake Nintendo notifications that Nintendo is porting gtaV to n3ds and have it connected to a link to moonlight3DS or that one moonlight nividia game streamer for the n3ds project

Yea, that's what I thought about. I'm working on a gameproject and I want to create a Notification for everyone who walks into the range of my Raspberry Pi.
