Hacking create or add psn account 5.05 firmware

Is this possible? I never really cared until I was playing one of the wwe games that checks your age before letting you use created characters..

right, but I was hoping to create an offline psn account or use an existing one somehow. Maybe not possible. Maybe there is some other workaround possible as well. So far the only games giving me grief are gran turismo sport (no offline saves), wwe 2k18 (cant use created characters), street fighter v (cant unlock characters).

There is a pre-activated PSN account floating around (search for "Pre-Activated User Backup" on reddit), however it will wipe your PS4 completely, including all your savegames.
