I have tried hactoolnet, and various other solutions on the forum with no joy. I am trying to create NSP files for all installed titles on an SD. I have all keys. Also I would like to verify ones I already have. Thank you!

dbi. dbi for everything.
anything you want to do, you can do with dbi. no idea why anyone ever uses anything else.
run dbi, connect to your pc, start mtp, copy nsp from installed games folder.

Does the switch literally just run the nsp file? I thought when you install an nsp it copies the contents of the nsp to a folder. You don’t have to rebuild an nsp from files it installs on the switch?

fat32 has the 4gig limit but can use nxdumptool and it will dump into nsp and split the nsp into parts. then can reinstalled in parts via various homebrew
So you are saying it worked for some but not for all? What error did you see that makes you believe you ran into a file system error?
