Homebrew Create dvd with .nes roms on

I've downloaded FCE Ultra GX and I have loads of nes romson the PC. I was hoping to put these onto a DVD as the Wiki for FCE Ultra GX states that roms can be read from a DVD as long as you have DVDx installed,which I do. However the DVD has to be in ISO 9660 format.

How do I do this?

Is it simply a case of going into nero/imgburn and placing allthe .nes files in the program and selecting the icon to make and burn an ISO image?

Sorry for sounding thick but have never had to do this

OK,seem to have got this sorted, but I have another question.

When playing the roms on the PC it did not matter what region the roms were. Is this still the case with the Wii?

The emulator should auto detect region.
