Usually seen with the label (Alarm für) Cobra 11 after the very silly German show of the same name (I think this goes out as Alarm für Cobra 11: Undercover elsewhere in Europe) it is based on. The games are usually a middling mash ups of various cliches (much like the TV show) but they have their fans. This one is as badly promoted as the last and does not even appear to be listed on English sites yet but we are just under a month away from the next load of car games (Forza Horizon and NFS- Most wanted) aside from the WRC game so you might be itching for something like this (it does look quite pretty if you ignore the physics and they have had many years to hammer something functional out). German Amazon says quite a lot and the gist of this one is you are an undercover officer aiming to take down a high speed car using smuggling ring and you may well have to get people arrested or likewise pretend you are a criminal and either get your friends out of trouble or dodge pursuit yourself, sounds somewhat like a remake of need for speed hot pursuit really but that could work.
