Here's an upscale of the textures from Crash Tag Team Racing (PAL).
Just place the folder SLES-53439 from the zip file, in your pcsx2/textures folder and enable the load textures option in the emulator settings.
If there are any textures that don't look right or that I missed and haven't upscaled, please let me know so I can fix it.
(I haven't checked if this works with the NTSC version of the game)
