i was just wondering if mario bros wii will work with this version (i was trying to use an alt-dol, but it got greyed out when i opened the game)

Alt-dols that are not on the disc won't work... You need to replace the main.dol in the game with wiiscrubber. By the way alt-dol support is in 1.6 loader otherwise it's disabled in the user interface.

Your configurable loader should reside in one of below folders
/apps/usbloader/

You can select the partition for the Configurable Loader. Yes with fat32 support.

Alas, that was meant to be displayed for configurable forwarder if partition was not selected... Can't do a lot of testing of these new stuff... so...

Anyway, that's why I tagged it beta

It worked a treat on Fifa 10.

Only thing is that I had to convert the wbfs to an iso first.

Are you planning on adding bnr file extraction from wbfs files in the future?

I just noticed USB Loader GX has added FAT support now too. Seriously we are being spoiled with your apps, FAT for USB loaders, triiforce NSMB hacks ShowMiiwads is shaping up to be an all in one tool for wads and nand management and the safety net of bootmii incase all goes wrong, the scene is really moving along at some pace now

A million thanks WiiCrazy this app and CrazyIntro add quality, and wichoxp keeps popping into threads with various add-ons and fixes it's hard to keep up

@madtamski : I use OmegaKnight's c# libraries (wbfssync), If he adds support then I would happily update Crap to include the support. Dunno what the current status is with this fat support in this wbfs manager's.

Actually, you can do that, yes. I generated mine from the WBFS partition I had before actually switching over to FAT32.

ok thanks, and it would have made sense to do it your way but i deleted my wbfs partition a week ago.

Yes exactly, it uses configurable loader's autoboot feature..

i remember reading somewhere that crap had trouble extracting the required files from an iso on a wbfs partition... has this been fixed?

can crap also gather the required files from an iso (like the banner etc.) from a .wbfs file?

Old versions have problems because of selection of wrong partition... Later versions (latest 3-4 release) doesn't have this problem.

Maybe you heard the problem about "a boy and his blob" that was because of the disc id limitation... S was not accepted as the first character of the disc id in the old versions (

WiiCrazy, i don't want to repeat the same again, but I think that this is important, at least for HDTV users:

The loaders doesn't autodetect 480p when you boot a game in Wii Menu. The loader loads the game, autochanges to 480i and after a moments autochanges again to 480p. Aesthetically isn't good and slow the load time for a game.
Can you try to make a fix for HDTV users?

@TyrantM : I don't have an hdtv so it's hard to fix. Previously you said some loaders didn't have the issue, but I can't remember the names right now. What were they? If you are willing to test I can make some quick changes and send them to you... That's tomorrow...

Narolez's CFG USB Loader Forwarder, Homebrew Channel, and official channels (of course).

PM if you have something to test it.
