so, i have a GO running on 6.61 PRO C2, its LCFW, not infinity, because of that, the pause function gets overridden every time i try to turn on the CFW, but since infinity breaks pause, that doesnt work either, so i've been told that the best solution is to just downgrade with chronoswitch to 6.20 and use the perma patch for non perma-able PSP models, but the thing is, i never downgraded so i dont know if i should uninstall LCFW first or if thats worse or something.

i also want to know if there is another solution to this issue.

Temporary CFW is not loaded at all until you use the appropriate homebrew to run it, so it shouldn't affect the result
(most downgraders are basically force-running the OFW installer in the first place, which wipes flash0 before reextracting it)

so its safe to just use chronoswitch without doing anything else? if so, would you recommend the mentioned 6.20 PRO C2 + perma patch (if so, how is the perma patch installed, i've never actually tried doing it)

It should be (though I have no personal experience with Chronoswitch), it's usually the OFW installer that complains first

    No idea on that either...
