Well i never actually did it or know much about it so heres a few questions.

Based on the name i can assume it cuts the size of a nds rom.

    So heres the questions:

1.Where can i get the trimming program and how does it work
2.Does it delete anything vital from the game?(I mean if it cuts the size it probally deletes some stuff from the rom the question is what)
3.Does trimming change anything in game performance?
4.Do trimmed roms work with wifi?

    1. Check out NDSTokyoTrim
    2. It just deletes the extra trash on the cartridge
    3. I trim all my roms and none of them experience any hinged performances
    4. Some trimmers check to see wi-fi info leaving it intact.

The capacity of DS carts can ONLY be 8MB, 16MB, 32MB, 64MB or 128MB. If some developers make a game that is 54MB then it will be put on a 64MB cart and lots of 00000s or FFFFFFs will be added to the end of the file to make it 64MB. Trimming just removed this padding.

    1. There are a few trimming programmes, i believe. I have only ever used The official one from the R4DS website, which works just
fine. It will probably allow me to put many more games on.
2.It doesnt delete anything from the game at all.
    3. Yes, it usually makes the game run faster and perform better. But you cant really see it.
    4. trimmed roms work like any other rom, so yes.

Green icon means reset is enabled. Click L+R+X+Y+A+B for soft reset back to the r4 menu.
