I'm still kinda a noob at this whole CFW thing. I've two Old 3ds. One running 11.0.0-33 and one running 10.7.0-32. Can I install a CFW on one of those. I also read something about downgrading a 3ds with another 3ds. Is it possible to downgrade the 11.0.0-33 one with the 10.7.0-32 one?

https://3ds.guide follow this on your 10.7 one and again with the 11.0 one after you finished with the 10.7 3ds. in the end they should both be fully exploited.
Ok luckily I don't care about too much about the data on my 11.0 since I almost never use it. Thx :-). Another quick question. Will I be able to access to eShop?
you should be able to yes because you will update to the latest firmware after you finish. Do NOT update before hand

Well downgrading 10.7 has its risks but its been improved much from what I've heard.
The main brick people have been reporting on N3DS is during A9LH install, but you will have a NAND dump prior to that part, so you can recover with this via hardmod. Just make sure you save that backup!
If the version is -0 then you do not have a browser, while any number above -0 indicates a browser is installed. Do they mean @ my firmware version? Cuz it says 10.7.0-32E.

You can OOT3D selects for really cheap (20 bucks) Plus a powersaves which is 20 bucks I think
I read something about browserhax and something about a bypass so I don't need to update my browser. Can I get some info about that?

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
